Dog Policy: Devils Backbone welcomes and supports the rights and attendance of all persons with disabilities that rely on the special skills of a trained service animal. What we DO NOT support, nor will tolerate, are pets being misrepresented by their owners as service animals, when in fact they are not. So please, don't do it. Leave your pet at home. Service Animal Definition: A 'service animal' means "any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler's disability." Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at this event. If you arrive to the event with an animal that is not a certified service animal we will have to deny entry and no refunds will be issued.
Small personal umbrellas and hat umbrellas are allowed. What is NOT allowed are pop-up tents, anything that needs to be staked or anything that may obstruct the view of others in the viewing area.
There is NO outside food or beverage allowed into the concert venue, but they are permitted in the camp ground.
No firearms, weapons, knives, fireworks, illegal substances, laser pointers or anything that basic common sense would tell you is never allowed into a concert. The aforementioned list includes but is not limited to other items our event staff may deem as not allowable into a a concert venue. These policies are about the safety of others.
If you are in violation of any of these policies or any of the event polices listed on The Event Website , you may be asked to leave the event and a refund will NOT be issued in those circumstances.
