Subject: Amazing Time at Devil's Backbone on 10/17

Hi Melissa,
I hope you’re the person that can put this feedback into as many inboxes as possible. Yesterday my wife and friends attended the Mandolin Orange concert, and it was probably the best concert we’ve ever been to (with or without covid).
From a social distancing perspective, we felt safe from start to finish. We appreciated the service of ordering food ahead of time or with the QR codes, and having our “pod” staked out. The production team for the event really thought through every aspect of the experience! The entire staff was helpful and friendly and, again, we couldn’t get over how smoothly things ran.
Most concerts I go to, I mostly focus on the experience with an eye to the music, but the service and thought behind the entire day was just too hard to ignore…(although obviously all 3 performances were absolutely incredible).
As for many, the past 8 months have been sad, strange, and stressful for me and my group, and yesterday was just the brightest of bright spots. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Please share my gratitude with as many people who contributed to yesterday as possible.

Best,
Becca Weinstein

Subject: Sunday concert

I am writing to thank you for an incredible show on Sunday.  From the young lady that checked us in to the end of the show everything was incredible.  The production crew and handling was flawless! Sound quality was phenomenal!!!! I am a sound quality snob and from the very first note to the end it was great.  The way food and drink delivery was handled and delivered was extremely well thought out and great. My meal was not correct and the workers fixed this problem with no question asked. Absolutely awesome! Please forward this to the production company they were GREAT!!  Not sure who put this together but I luv them.  From the parking lot people to the young lady that wiped the port a John’s down after every exit it was perfection (by the way she needs a raise, loved watching her jam as she did her job)!  Y’all need to send this model to the rest of the country because you nailed it!!!!!!!!!! Put some more shows on and we will absolutely support it. It was pricey but I totally understand why. By my math there were possibly 500 people there and I believe 85-100 people working the event that day. Not including the people behind the scenes. Worth every penny! If you build it they will come.

THANK YOU!! AWESOME EVENT!!
