EVENT RULES & INFORMATION

  • All sales are final. This event is rain or shine.

  • No Pets are allowed inside of the viewing area.

  • In the event state mandates or any increase in Covid cases that may prevent us from presenting these shows causes a cancellation you will receive a FULL refund minus the ticketing fees.

  • Ticket insurance is also available during the purchasing process in the event you are not able to attend for Covid or personal reasons. No refunds will be issued unless we are not able to do the show.

  • Doors open at 5:30PM. Opening band will perform at 6:30PM and the headliner will go on at 7:45PM. The show will end at 9:00PM

  • You are welcome to bring your own chairs and they must fit into the square feet allotted for your pod size (See below for Pod size information)

  • Small personal umbrellas and hat umbrellas are allowed. What is NOT allowed are pop-up tents, anything that needs to be staked or anything that may obstruct the view of others in the viewing area.

  • There is NO outside food or beverage allowed into Pro Re Nata.

  • No firearms, weapons, knives, fireworks, illegal substances, laser pointers or anything that basic common sense would tell you is never allowed into a concert. The aforementioned list includes but is not limited to other items our event staff may deem as not allowable into a a concert venue. These policies are about the safety of others.

COVID-19 SAFETY AND POLICIES

  • If you are sick, running a fever or have been exposed to Covid-19 please do not attend the concert.

  • A properly fitted mask that covers your mouth and nose must be worn at ALL times when you are not seated in your pod. This does include any individuals that may have already received a COVID-19 vaccination because this policy is about the safety of others that may have not been vaccinated.

  • You must remain in your designated pod except to use the restroom. Please do not approach the stage area or visit other pods while inside of the viewing area.

  • Food and Beverage Concessions will be ordered via QR code from your pod and brought to you by the event staff. Please do not order directly from any of the food or beverage service areas to avoid lines and people gathering around these areas.

  • At the conclusion of the event please wear your properly fitted mask and maintain proper social distancing of 6 feet of those that are not in your group

  • There will be no exceptions to the above rules.

POD INFORMATION, SIZES & ASSIGNMENTS

  • Your ticket is good for (1) Pod that will fit 2, 4, 6 or 10 people. Children 3 & Under that can sit in an adult’s lap do not count towards the number of people in your pod

  • Pod Sizes

    • 2-Person Pods are 8’Wide x 4’Length.

    • 4-Person Pods at 8’Wide x 8’ Length.

    • 6-Person “Group” Pod is 24’Wide x 4’ Length

    • A 10-person “Group” Pod is 24’Wide x 8’Length

  • Pods will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis the day of show when you arrive.

  • Once you are seated your pod number will be written on your wristband
